Outdoor Therapy Group Days

The group days will be co-faciliated by Sean Stevens, MBACP, an experienced outdoor psychotherapist.

Location: Kettleshulme, Peak District.

Dates: 16th May, 21st June, 11th July 2025

Each day is a stand-alone therapy intensive. Attendees are welcome to attend more than one day.

Time: 10am-5pm (6 hours therapy)

Cost: £150 depending on numbers

Numbers: Minimum 6 - Maximum 10 people (will only run with minimum numbers)

Attendees: Anyone already in counselling or psychotherapy.

Especially recommended for counsellors and therapists in training or practice.

Nestled at the foot of an upland valley surrounded by stretches of heather moorland and native woodland.

A lively brook runs through the land alongside pockets of native trees, marsh, bog and wildflower meadow.

Description:

A fully ecological psychotherapy intensive, where a group of people will be invited to both explore particular issues they wish to resolve or gain insight on and respond to an emergent process within the group in relationship to the landscape.

 

The group will be experiential and include therapeutic group work incorporating body and movement.

·  Helping to build skills in resourcing.

·  Providing group therapeutic experiences that foster belonging and connection.

·  Developing ecosystemic ways of being with self and others.

·  All done through a lens of intersectionality.
